We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30-minute increments. See our rates below for more information. Rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT at the current rate. Time is charged for non-stock items that may need to be collected from merchants, this forms part of the hourly charge caped at a maximum of one hour.Our working office hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 1pm. Rates for all out of hours work is generally 1.5 times the normal hourly rate. We have a 24-hour answer phone, messages will be picked up and dealt with as soon as we are able. For larger jobs we provide a free no obligation quote service, if requested, where we offer a home visit to assess your work requirements. To book a free quote please contact us.
